Our refund policy varies between our two products: PDF Pals and ChatPDF by PDF Pals. Please review the policy below for the product you've purchased.

PDF Pals Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your purchase of PDF Pals, we invite you to review our refund policy.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the product or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us by email at [email protected]. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

ChatPDF by PDF Pals Refund Policy (Mac AppStore)

Due to the costs associated with the usage of Generative AI APIs, we do not provide refunds for ChatPDF by PDF Pals purchased on the Mac AppStore.

We encourage you to thoroughly read the app description, reviews, and view screenshots prior to making a purchase on the Mac AppStore.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named PDF Pals

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Podzim LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue Ste 1200, Sheridan.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Application.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
