Pages, Numbers, Keynote and other apps

Use File ▸ Print ▸ PDF ▸ Send to PDF Pals. It works for anything you can print, such as a web page or an email. See Send to PDF Pals from any app.

What PDF Pals can't read

  • Password-protected files: save a copy without the password.
  • DRM-protected books, such as those from Apple Books, Kindle and Kobo.
  • Fixed-layout EPUBs (comics, picture books).
  • Images as documents. You can attach one to a question if the answer model reads images.
  • Web links: download the file first.

Limits

Spreadsheets show at most 5,000 rows and 60 columns per sheet. Other documents have no fixed page limit.

If a document doesn't index, see troubleshooting.
